Pristy 25.1
Consolidation and enrichment
Pristy 25.1 is now available. After 25.0 which marked the arrival of new applications, this version refines what exists: a richer user experience in Espaces, a completely redesigned dashboard in the Portal, and concrete advances in Marchés and Social.

Pristy Espaces: your DMS, even more customisable
Espaces
Version
1.11.0
User views (beta)
You knew advanced search. It is now user views. Each user can create, name and save their own search views — custom filters and criteria that remain accessible in one click. A tailored organisation, directly in your DMS.
Classification plan
Apply a classification plan directly to a Pristy workspace, without interrupting activity. Once configured, it defines a folder structure and available document types. When a file is uploaded, the user chooses its type — Pristy automatically creates the right folder and moves the document there. A consistent, readable organisation even outside Pristy (WebDAV, FTPS…).
PDF editing tools
Pristy integrates PDF editing tools directly into the interface, without a third-party application: page reordering, splitting, merging, redaction, highlighting, signing. The result is saved as a new version and remains available in your DMS like any other document.
Note and text document editor
Create text notes directly from Pristy, without leaving your DMS. The built-in editor, based on CodeMirror, supports .md, .html and plain text files with syntax highlighting. Your documents and your notes in the same place — ideal for internal knowledge bases.
Pristy Portail: the customisable dashboard
Portail
Version
1.0.0
Customisable dashboard
This is the big Portal news in 25.1: a fully customisable dashboard, to access the essentials from the moment you log in. Administrators compose template home pages by profile or department. Users build their own by drag-and-drop — recent documents, activity, external applications, Markdown content. Changes are versioned and reverting is always possible.
Advanced administration tools
Data model manager, model explorer, node explorer — IT teams and technical administrators now have powerful tools directly in the Portal, without server access.
Pristy Marchés: enhanced DCE management
Marchés
Version
0.4.0
PDF document conversion, one-action copy of the DA DCE to the FINAL DCE, document type management on 3 panels, lots and periods configuration, folder creation, move, copy and ZIP archive generation for consultation.
Pristy Social: shared ASE documents
Version
1.2.0
Pristy Social 1.2.0 brings shared document management for ASE spaces: documents shared between files are now accessible from a dedicated view, with conditional sorting by reference date.
